Product Overview
Spring washers — also called lock washers — provide spring tension that maintains bolt preload and resists loosening under vibration, thermal cycling, and dynamic loads. Carbon steel spring washers offer high elastic deflection, good fatigue life, and cost-effective performance across industrial, automotive, and construction applications.
Huaxia-Steel manufactures spring washers from high-carbon spring steel (65Mn, 70#) and medium-carbon structural steel (Q235, 1045) with heat treatment and surface finishing to match application requirements.

Split Lock Washer (DIN 127B / ASME B18.21.1)
The most common spring washer type, featuring a helical split that creates spring force when compressed.

Wave Spring Washer (DIN 137 / ASME B18.21.1)
Provides moderate spring force with minimal axial deflection. Ideal for bearing preload and light vibration damping.
Disc Spring Washer (DIN 2093)
High-load, low-deflection washers stacked in series or parallel to achieve specific spring characteristics. Common in heavy machinery and bolted flange connections.
Tab Washer (DIN 93 / DIN 463)
External or internal tab washers that mechanically lock nuts or bolts by bending tabs against flats. Used where vibration is severe and spring washers insufficient.
