Product Overview
API 5L X52 line pipe is available in seamless (SMLS) and welded (ERW, LSAW, SSAW) forms, and in two product specification levels: PSL1 and PSL2. PSL1 is the standard quality level for most pipelines. PSL2 adds mandatory chemical, mechanical and notch toughness requirements, making it suitable for sour service and low-temperature applications.

Manufacturing Standards
Production follows API 5L (latest edition), ISO 3183 and related standards. We supply pipe with full traceability, heat-numbered MTCs and optional EN 10204 3.2 certification. For sour service, HIC and SSC testing can be arranged according to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156.

Quality Assurance

Packing and Shipping
Pipe is bundled with steel straps, fitted with end protectors and marked with heat number, grade, standard and customer PO. Coated pipe is wrapped to protect the coating during handling and ocean freight.
