Huaxia Steel supplies equal angle carbon steel sections (also called L-shaped angle bar or equal-leg angle) in standard sizes from 20 × 20 × 3 mm up to 200 × 200 × 24 mm, in grades Q235B / S235JR / SS400 / ASTM A36 / A572 Gr.50 / S355JR. Engineering Specifications & Tolerances
Equal angle sections are produced to EN 10056-1 (dimensional tolerances) and EN 10025-2 (mechanical properties for S235JR / S275JR / S355JR) or ASTM A36 / A572 Gr.50 / A709 Gr.36 for the ASTM route. Standard mill length is 6 m or 12 m; custom lengths from 3 m to 18 m are available on request with a small cutting surcharge. The standard tolerance on leg length is ± 2 mm for sizes up to 100 mm and ± 3 mm for larger sizes, in line with EN 10056-1. Out-of-square tolerance is 1.0° max for sizes up to 150 × 150 mm and 0.7° max for larger sections.
Mill test certificates issued to EN 10204 3.1 are standard; 3.2 certificates from SGS, BV, TÜV or LR can be arranged on request. Each bundle is banded with polyester strapping, capped with protective plastic end-caps, and shipped on wooden skids or in bulk directly into the container. Export packaging for sea freight includes desiccant bags and container liner bags to prevent condensation staining during long ocean transit.
