Product Overview
Carbon steel line pipe is the backbone of pipeline infrastructure worldwide. It transports crude oil, natural gas, refined products, water, and slurry over thousands of kilometers. Our line pipes are produced from premium hot-rolled coil or solid billets, with strict control over chemistry, wall thickness tolerance, and weld integrity.

Manufacturing Standards
All line pipes are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management system. Welded pipes undergo 100% online ultrasonic testing (UT) of the weld seam. Seamless pipes are tested by ultrasonic or eddy current methods per ASTM E213. Hydrostatic testing is performed at pressures calculated per API 5L clause 9.
For sour service applications (H2S environments), we supply pipes meeting NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 hardness requirements (22 HRC max) with controlled sulfur content below 0.005%.

Quality Assurance
Each production lot is accompanied by a mill test certificate (EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2) containing:

- Impact test at specified temperature (for PSL2)
- Hardness test results
- Hydrostatic test pressure and duration
- Non-destructive examination (NDE) reports
Packing and Shipping
Line pipes are bundled with steel straps (minimum 4 bands per bundle for pipes under 6m). Ends are protected with plastic caps or steel protectors. For ocean shipment, pipes can be loaded loose in bulk vessels or containerized for smaller orders. We provide lashing and dunnage plans for break-bulk cargo.
