Product Overview
Carbon steel butt weld elbows are pipe fittings that change pipeline direction by 45° or 90° (and 180° returns) with beveled ends prepared for full-penetration butt welding. As the most common fitting in process piping, elbows are specified by ASME B16.9 (wrought), MSS SP-75, or EN 10253. Huaxia-Steel supplies seamless and welded elbows in sizes NPS 1/2″ – 48″, Sch 10 – XXS, in A234 WPB and equivalent grades — factory-direct from certified Chinese fitting mills.

Manufacturing Standards
- Hot forming by induction bending or push-forming; cold forming for small bores with mandatory stress relief
- Heat treatment: normalizing (WPB standard); temperature and record on MTC
- Dimensions and tolerances per ASME B16.9 — center-to-face, wall, ovality, and angle checked per lot
- Marking: grade, size, schedule, heat number, standard, manufacturer stamped or inked on body
