Product Overview
Carbon steel sheet is a flat-rolled product supplied in hot-rolled and cold-rolled conditions. It is the starting material for fabrication, stamping, welding, bending, laser cutting, and profile forming. Huaxia-Steel supplies carbon steel sheet from 0.5 mm to 25.4 mm thick and up to 2,000 mm wide in Q195, Q235B, Q345B, S235JR, S275JR, S355JR, ASTM A36, A1011, and equivalent grades — factory-direct with slitting, shearing, and cut-to-length services.

Manufacturing Standards
- Hot rolled: slab reheated to ~1,200°C, roughing and finishing mills, coiled or cut to length per GB/T 709 or ASTM A635.
- Cold rolled: hot-rolled coil pickled and cold-reduced; annealed and skin-passed for surface and flatness.
- Tolerances: standard or special tolerance class for thickness, width, and flatness per GB/T 709, EN 10029, or ASTM A568.
- Surface finish: commercial quality, pickled and oiled, cold-rolled bright, or primer-coated for outdoor use.
