Product Overview

ERW pipe is made from hot- or cold-rolled steel strip formed into a round shape and joined by electric resistance welding. The weld seam is then normalized (and often heat-treated) to restore mechanical properties. Compared with seamless pipe, ERW is more economical and offers superior dimensional consistency for medium-pressure service.
