ASME B16.9 carbon steel elbow fittings are the most specified butt-weld pipe fittings in process piping. They are used to redirect flow, accommodate thermal expansion, and avoid unnecessary welds in long runs. Product Overview
Our elbows are produced by hot-pushing (mandrel) or cold-forming (segmented and welded) depending on size and grade. They can be matched to ASTM A106 Gr.B, API 5L Gr.B, ASTM A234 WPB, or EN 10253 pipe and supplied bare, sand-blasted, or primed.

Surface and weld integrity are 100% inspected. PMI (positive material identification) is available for all carbon and alloy grades. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, or TÜV can be coordinated.
Packing and Shipping
Elbows are packed in wooden crates or pallets, with each fitting wrapped in protective paper and the size, schedule, and grade marked on the outside. Small elbows are bundled together for shipment; large ones (>24 inch) are individually secured.
