Product Overview
A516 Gr.70 plate is fully killed and made to a fine-grain practice. The chemistry is balanced to give good notch toughness at sub-zero temperatures when impact testing is requested. Plate can be supplied as-rolled, normalized, or quenched and tempered to meet specific design codes.

Every plate is delivered with a mill test certificate showing heat number, chemical composition, tensile properties, hardness, and impact data when specified. Packing and Shipping
Heavy plates are stacked and bundled with steel straps. We apply anti-rust oil or VCI film for sea freight. For exports, plates are loaded on flat-rack containers or bulk carriers depending on dimensions. Marking includes grade, heat number, dimensions, gross/net weight, and buyer reference.
