Manufacturing Standards

Bars are produced according to ASTM A29, ASTM A108, JIS G3101, JIS G4051, DIN 17100, EN 10083 and GB/T 699/700. Cold-drawn and peeled bars meet h9 or h11 tolerance classes. Heat treatment such as annealing, normalizing and quenching and tempering is available.

Quality Assurance

We inspect surface quality, dimensional accuracy, straightness, tensile properties and chemical composition. Each lot is supplied with a mill test certificate. For precision applications, we can provide ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection and hardness profiling.

Packing and Shipping

Bars are bundled with steel straps, wrapped in waterproof film and loaded in containers with proper dunnage. Precision bars are packed in wooden crates or cardboard tubes to prevent surface damage. Marking includes grade, size, heat number, standard and bundle weight.
