Product Overview
Cold rolled carbon steel sheet is produced by rolling hot-rolled coil at room temperature below the recrystallization point. This process reduces thickness, improves surface finish, and increases strength through strain hardening. Subsequent annealing restores ductility for forming applications, while skin passing improves flatness and surface texture.

Delivery Conditions
- Full Hard (FH): Cold rolled without annealing. High strength, low ductility. For simple bending and profiling.
- Annealed (A): Batch or continuous annealing to restore ductility. For general forming and drawing.
- Skin-passed (SP): Light cold rolling after annealing to improve flatness, surface texture, and prevent stretcher strain (Lueders lines).

Packing and Shipping
Sheets are stacked horizontally on wooden pallets with paper interleaving to prevent scratching. Coils are secured with circumferential steel strapping and wrapped in waterproof paper and protective steel sheet. For export, coils are loaded eye-to-sky or eye-to-wall depending on vessel type. Edge protectors prevent coil deformation.
