Product Overview
Huaxia-Steel supplies hot-rolled carbon steel U-channel (channel bar, C-channel, UPN section) — the C-shaped profile with two parallel flanges on one side of a web — directly from the mill to fabricators, equipment builders, and construction projects worldwide. Channel is the workhorse of secondary steelwork: equipment frames, conveyor supports, racking, wall girts, trailers, and general fabrication where bending loads act primarily in one plane.
We roll and stock channel to GB/T 706 (5#–40#), JIS G3192, EN 10365 (UPN), and ASTM A36 (C3–C15) dimensional systems, in grades Q235B/S235JR through Q345B/S355JR, with EN 10204 3.1 certification on every heat.

- Heat-number traceability from ladle to bundle; 3.1 certificate with chemistry, tensile, and impact results where required
- Dimensional sampling against GB/T 706 / EN 10365: height, flange width, web thickness, straightness, twist
- Surface standard: no cracks, rolled-in scale pits, or lamellar defects; weld repair only per standard limits and documented
- Optional third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) before shipment
- Galvanized coating thickness verification per lot for galvanized orders
Packaging and Shipping
- Bundles 2–4 tonnes, steel strapping with wooden separators; end caps on request
- Heat tags on each bundle, packing list cross-referenced
- 20ft container up to ~26 tonnes (12 m lengths); open-top/flat-rack for over-length
- IPPC-compliant dunnage; seaworthy packaging standard
