Packaging & Shipping
Grating panels are stacked flat on wooden pallets, strapped with steel bands. Panels are separated by cardboard to prevent galvanized coating contact damage. Standard 1×6m panels pack efficiently in 20′ containers (8-12 panels per pallet, 4-6 pallets per container). Galvanized grating requires extra care to prevent coating damage during loading — corner protectors and edge padding are standard.
