API 5L line pipe is the global standard for carbon steel pipes used in oil and gas transportation. From gathering lines to long-distance transmission pipelines, API 5L covers seamless and welded pipe in PSL1 and PSL2 quality levels, Grade B through X70. Product Overview
Our API 5L line pipe is manufactured by hot rolling, piercing and rolling for seamless types, or by ERW/HFW/LSAW processes for welded types. PSL2 adds stricter chemical limits, mandatory notch toughness testing and traceability requirements. We keep common PSL1 and PSL2 grades in stock and can produce special sizes against mill rolling schedules.

Coating Options
External anti-corrosion coating extends pipeline life in aggressive soil and offshore environments. We offer:
- 3LPE: fusion-bond epoxy + copolymer adhesive + polyethylene, common for buried pipelines.
- 3LPP: similar to 3LPE but with polypropylene topcoat for higher service temperatures.
- FBE: fusion-bonded epoxy for internal or external corrosion protection.
- Internal lining: epoxy or cement mortar for water or corrosive fluids.

Inspection and Certification
Each pipe is hydrostatically tested at the mill. We supply mill test certificates showing heat analysis, tensile test, flattening test, bend test and impact test for PSL2. Third-party inspection and full traceability are available on request.
Packing and Shipping
Line pipe is bundled with steel straps, pipe ends protected with caps, and loaded on flat racks or in containers. Beveled ends are protected with wooden or plastic separators to prevent damage during transit.
