Manufacturing Standards
Our deformed bars are hot-rolled from continuously cast billets under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified processes. Chemical composition is controlled to ensure weldability and ductility. The rib geometry conforms to national standards for bond performance. Bend and rebend tests verify ductility without cracking.
For seismic-resistant construction, we supply bars meeting GB/T 1499.2 seismic requirements (E grade) or ASTM A706 specifications with enhanced uniformity and weldability.

Quality Assurance
Every heat is tested for chemical composition, tensile properties, bend performance, and rib dimension accuracy. Mill test certificates include weight per meter, actual cross-sectional area, and bond strength coefficient. Third-party inspection by SGS or Intertek is available for export orders.
Packing and Shipping
Straight bars are bundled with steel wire (2-4 tons per bundle) and tagged with heat number, grade, and dimensions. Coils are secured with strapping and wrapped in protective mesh. For export, bundles are loaded in containers with proper dunnage to prevent shifting. Epoxy-coated bars require padded separators to protect the coating.
